Jaime Stuyck

Mr. C Miami - Coconut Grove, the premier boutique hotel operated by the fourth generation Cipriani family, has today announced hospitality industry veteran, Jaime Stuyck, as the hotel's new general manager. Mr. Stuyck will oversee all day-to-day operations for the acclaimed 100 guestrooms and suites, designed by Martin Brudnizki, as well as the hotel's two dining concepts: rooftop restaurant and Coconut Grove hotspot, Bellini Restaurant & Bar, and the charming lobby garden, Il Giardino.

Mr. Stuyck joins Mr. C Miami - Coconut Grove with over 15 years of experience in global luxury hotels, most recently as resort manager for Montauk's beloved Gurney's Star Island Resort & Marina, along with a deep understanding of the South Florida market. Prior to his time at Gurney's Gurney's Star Island Resort & Marina, Mr. Stucky led The Miami Beach EDITION as director of rooms, where he not only increased employee engagement in his rooms division, but also contributed to an overall increase in room sales.

Beginning his hospitality career in Madrid, Spain at ME Madrid, Mr. Stuyck's drive and passion for travel led him to hold positions at several of the top luxury hotels across the world, including Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel in London. While at Marriott Grosvenor Square Hotel as Head Housekeeper, Mr. Stuyck continued to earn praise for the quality of his work and leadership, being awarded Manager of the Quarter in his role.

As general manager at Mr. C Miami - Coconut Grove, Stuyck intends to bring the same enthusiasm to his role to create memorable guests experiences and further recognition for the hotel.
