Michael Rigot

The Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel proudly announces the appointment of Chef Michael Rigot. A Nashville native, Rigot serves as the executive chef for the property's marquee dining outlets, Brim House and The Heights. Rigot joins the hotel property following stints at Cypress Lodge and Rye Bar & Southern Kitchen, where he served as Executive Chef. Under his helm, Rigot's new menus incorporate produce of Northwest Ohio, combined with the flavors of American Southern cuisine.
