Brian Quinn has been appointed Chief Development Officer at Domio, Inc.
omio, the pioneering apartment-hotel brand, is excited to announce it has appointed Brian Quinn as its Chief Development Officer.
Quinn spent his entire career in hospitality, most recently serving as SVP of Development at Choice Hotels International, where he contributed to significant growth in its domestic pipeline to over 1,000 hotels — the largest in the company's history. He was also directly responsible for the success of the Emerging Markets and Diversity Ownership Initiatives, achieving over 300% of the company's 2019 goal.
Quinn is a recognized leader in domestic and international real estate, travel, and lodging, with exceptional experience resulting in more than $2.5 billion in real estate growth across multiple public and private platforms.
At Domio, Quinn's expertise and leadership will support the brand as it continues to be a pioneer and disruptor in the hospitality industry. In his new role, Quinn will oversee all aspects of the company's expansion and development strategies, reporting directly to Jay Roberts, CEO of Domio.Quinn comes to Domio after accumulating a wealth of experience in the hotel and restaurant businesses in franchising, management, marketing, operations, finance and development. His previous corporate associations include Red Lion Hotels, IHG, Driftwood Hospitality Management and Hilton Hotels. During his tenure, Red Lion grew from 34 hotels to over 1,100 and at IHG he attracted over $1 billion in capital to its Crowne Plaza brand making it the fastest growing upscale brand 3 years in a row.Quinn is a Board Member of the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association and Trustee of St. Leo University. He's also a former Board Member of American Hotel & Lodging and IHG's Owners Association.
Domio recently launched its Domio Difference cleaning program, bringing safety and cleanliness to the forefront of the apart-hotel experience. In Miami, Domio has already seen an increase in bookings as travel restrictions have eased, indicating that travelers are eager to return to their journeys and Domio is ready to host them.
Domio's latest projects include the opening of its Monte Carlo property in Miami Beach on June 1st and the signing of its Casa Libre property in Tulum, Mexico, its first international location.
