Nathan Lingle, Executive Chef, joins Mar Monte Hotel with extensive experience in owning and operating a variety of top restaurants across the U.S. After graduating from the Culinary Institute of America and serving in several positions at The Ritz-Carlton Resort in Naples, Florida, Chef Nathan was named Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Director at The Ritz-Carlton, Philadelphia. He also served as Chef De Cuisine at the Sagamore Resort and Spa and the VP of Food and Beverage at L'Auberge Del Mar Resort in Del Mar, California. At Mar Monte Hotel, Chef Nathan leads two all-new concepts, Costa and Café Lido, both of which are inspired by the Italian coast and feature locally sourced products.

Keith Potter - Executive Chef

14 January 2021 — Slated to open this March, Hyatt Centric Beale Street Memphis, a new build and the first full-service Hyatt branded hotel in Memphis, announces the appointment of Keith Potter as executive chef. Potter will curate the hotel's culinary program across all outlets including the lobby bar, Latin-American inspired CIMAS eatery and Beck & Call whiskey bar.

Troy Dixon - Director of Operations

12 January 2021 — Dixon will oversee all facets of the hotel's day-to-day operations, the overarching food and beverage programs, as well as banquets and catering. Dixon brings more than a decade of director-level management experience to his new position as director of operations.

7 January 2021 — Quirk Hotel Charlottesville, the first boutique art hotel in the city's historic downtown, announces the appointment of Hector Pabon to Executive Chef. Pabon brings an impressive culinary background to the hotel, having worked nearly 20 years in the foodservice industry and extensively for Hyatt in Tampa Bay, Clearwater Beach, Atlanta, and most recently Santa Clara.
