Rahil Khan

As a Director of Sales and Marketing at Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Rahil oversees the handling of the hotel's sales activities, business opportunities and marketing and revenue strategies. He joined the hotel in 2016 as Director of Sales, building on an impressive track record built up over sixteen years and several countries.

Starting his career in 2000 as a Front Office Assistant, he has worked his way around some of the world's most prestigious hotels and is recognised for his extensive network, particularly in t he Middle East region. An experienced and highly respected hospitality professional, he has been part of the successful opening and re-opening of three Ritz-Carlton branded hotels in addition to Al Bustan Palace, a Ritz-Carlton Hotel.

Known for his hard-working personality and customer-oriented approach, Rahil is well-versed in identifying and capitalizing on potential business opportunities, modelling luxury sales strategies while optimizing sales funnel and market penetration. He has a bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Bangalore University, India.
