Nick Baer joined HVS Atlanta Office as Senior Vice President, Debt Placement & Capital Solutions
HVS is pleased to announce that Nick Baer has joined HVS as Senior Vice President, Debt Placement & Capital Solutions. In his role, Nick will provide debt & equity solutions for HVS hospitality real estate investment clients.
Nick brings extensive transaction experience spanning single assets to 20+ property portfolios in markets across North America. With a comprehensive network of capital sources, he is known for delivering solutions that provide optimal capital structuring outcomes for his clients. Nick has experience working with the full breadth of industry participants, from small-scale owner/operators to institutional investors, as well as private equity and REITs.
Prior to joining HVS, Nick spent 13 years at Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL), most recently as Senior Vice President, focused on arranging acquisition financing, construction financing, and refinancing for single hotel assets and portfolios.
Nick graduated cum laude with honors from the real estate program at the Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. He holds his real estate license in the state of Georgia and will be based in Atlanta.
