Kylie Ranger has been appointed Director of Sales and Marketing at Hotel Emblem San Francisco
In her new position, Ranger will be responsible for leading all aspects of transient and group sales, creating authentic activations across the hotel's event and food and beverage spaces through partnerships with local businesses, travel and entertainment markets.
Ranger lands in her new role with not only deep experience in hospitality and events, but also an extensive and dynamic history with Viceroy. Most recently, she was Area Director of Business and Leisure Travel for several of Viceroy's leading San Francisco-based hotels including Hotel Zetta, Hotel Zelos and Hotel Zeppelin. Ranger has been fundamental to Viceroy's success in the San Francisco market and played an instrumental role in overseeing the opening of Hotel Zetta in 2012, Hotel Zeppelin in 2016 and the relaunch of Hotel Zelos in 2017. Before coming to Viceroy, Ranger held sales and event roles across a range of corporate, leisure and entertainment organizations in Los Angeles, and for 8Hotels Collection, a Boutique Hotel Management company in her hometown of Sydney, Australia.
In her spare time, Ranger loves to travel, discover new hotels, and explore wellness retreats and restaurants. She also loves the outdoors, yoga and a good glass of wine.
