Weejen Lynch has been appointed Vice President of Engineering at McKibbon Hospitality
McKibbon Hospitality, an award-winning leader in hotel management is pleased to announce the recent appointment of Weejen Lynch as Vice President of Engineering.
Weejen Lynch brings more than 25 years of engineering, maintenance and operations experience to McKibbon in his new role. In his most recent position as Owner and CEO of Lynchpin Consulting Group, he lent his leadership, engineering maintenance, and process improvement expertise to hotels, resorts, timeshare units, and facilities. This venture was preceded by his time as Vice President of Engineering a nd Process Improvement for Bluegreen Vacations in Orlando, where he supported the engineering needs of 49 resorts nationwide. Over his tenured career, Lynch has held various high-level leadership positions with companies including Walt Disney World and Lockheed Martin. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from West Virginia University and a Masters in Operations Research from the University of Central Florida.
