Suzanne has a career spanning over 20 years working in the hospitality industry, and her teenage years were spent gaining crucial experience working in hotels and restaurants. After hosting an event for Hilton International she was highlighted as a star employee and she continued her career in the hotel industry.
Suzanne went on to hold roles in a senior capacity for brands such as Hilton, Marriott, DeVere and most recently as General Manager of the Bolton Whites Hotel. She had always been intrigued and impressed by Radisson's forward-thinking ethos and waited for an opportunity to arise where she could join the brand and embrace the Every Moment Matters motto.
As the travel industry begins to re-emerge from the Covid-19 pandemic, Suzanne believes the resilient hospitality sector will recover and rebuild but at a gradual pace as confidence grows.
Suzanne and the team will be focusing on ensuring guests feel comfortable socialising again, and from the moment visitors arrive at the hotel confidence in safety measures will be installed every step of the way. Radisson Hotels Safety Protocol, a new program of in-depth cleanliness and disinfection procedures, in partnership with SGS, the world's leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company launched in 2020 to ensure the continued health, safety and security of its guests, team members, and business partners.
