Elisa Barral has been appointed Director of Asset Management - Mediterranean at L+R Hotels in Spain
L+R Hotels, the global private investment company with an extensive hotel portfolio of over 100 hotels comprising over 20,000 bedrooms worldwide, announces the appointment of Elisa Barral as Director of Asset Management - Mediterranean.
Elisa brings more than 24 years of experience in luxury hospitality, with key roles in finance and operations within leading international hospitality brands.
A Spanish national, Elisa joins from Le Meridien Barcelona where she was General Manager, but has worked across Southern Europe in her career. Prior to this, Barral worked at Starwood Hotels for over a decade. From General Manager at The Westin Marbella, she was Regional Director of Finance, responsible for 19 hotels across Spain and Portugal for over five years, and was then promoted to Transformation and Special Projects Director.
In her new role, Elisa will be responsible for L+R's growing Mediterranean portfolio that includes city and resort hotels. The collection includes iconic properties Hotel Excelsior Venice Lido Resort and Nobu Ibiza Bay.
