Mishaal Eid has been appointed Hotel Manager at The Franklin London
The Franklin London - Starhotels Collezione has appointed Mishaal Eid as Hotel Manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations of one of London's most stylish boutique hotels.
Mishaal Eid joins The Franklin from another Small Luxury Hotels of the World property in London, the five-star Flemings Mayfair Hotel, where he joined in 2017 as Front of House Manager for two years, before being promoted to Rooms Division Manager in 2019. Prior to moving to London in 2015 to join Park Plaza Hotels, Mishaal Eid was part of the pre-opening team of the JW Marriott Marquis Dubai, leading a team of 63 associates in the reception, concierge and instant service departments.
One of Mishaal Eid's key attributes is using his wealth of experience in different hotel departments to train new staff members and mentor the careers of up-and-coming hospitality professionals. He is an active member of AICR International and sits on their mentoring committee. Bilingual in Arabic and English, Mishaal Eid is a keen footballer and runner, frequently taking to the streets of London to explore the local neighbourhoods surrounding The Franklin so that he can recommend the best new experiences to guests.
