Kristie Dickinson

Founding partners, Rich Warnick, Sandy Luke, Ken Wilson and Chad Crandell of CHMWarnick, the leading provider of hotel asset management and owner advisory services, today announced the promotion of executive team member Kristie Dickinson to managing director and partner of the firm.

A 29-year hospitality industry veteran, Dickinson is a founding member of the CHMWarnick team. She has advised clients on more than 200 hotels across all product tiers. She specializes in developing asset repositioning plans, identifying value enhancement strategies, underwriting acquisitions and optimizing value through asset management. Her creativity, business acumen and vision have been integral to CHMWarnick's growth over the past two decades, and her success is largely a result of the corporate culture that she has helped shape and nurture. In her role as managing director/EVP, Dickinson will continue to focus on corporate revenue strategy, business development and strategic growth initiatives for the company and portfolio while working with the asset management team to enhance client service offerings. Dickinson serves on the Board of Directors as Treasurer and co-chair of the Awards Committee for the International Society of Hospitality Consultants (ISHC). She is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving on the Recreation Development Product Council, Women's Leadership Initiative Council (Boston/New England Chapter) and as an UrbanPlan classroom volunteer. Dickinson is actively involved in the Castell Project, which is focused on advancing diversity in hospitality leadership. She completed Castell's Leadership Program in 2018 and serves on the Castell@College Advisory Board. She is a regular speaker at major industry events and is a contributing author on issues that impact hotel owners. She received her degree in Hotel Administration from the University of New Hampshire and earned a certificate in Hotel Revenue Management from Cornell University.
