With 35 years of experience under his belt, Fery has traveled and lived in numerous countries, including Russia, Estonia, France, Angola, Singapore, Sri Lanka and most recently, Seychelles, where he was the Executive Chef at the Banyan Tree Hotel. His international experience and passion for his craft infuse cultural exploration and local sensibility into his cuisine, promising to offer guests an island-worthy, eclectic experience.
