Angelica Palladino

Santa Fe's newest luxury resort, Bishop's Lodge, Auberge Resorts Collection, has appointed Angelica Palladino as general manager. Drawing on the calm, healing energy that attracted her to Santa Fe, Palladino will infuse a sense of place into all operations for the legendary retreat, which opened its doors this July following a property-wide reimagination. Palladino is a seasoned global hospitality professional with over 25 years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry.

Most recently, Palladino was general manager at the Four Seasons Hotel Seattle where she oversaw all aspects of operation, including 8,500 square feet of function space, 37 private residences and 340 employees. During her time at the property, she played a key role in successfully regaining Washington state's only Forbes 5 Star designation and achieved the hotel's highest ever guest, resident and employee satisfaction scores. Prior to her time in Seattle, Palladino held leadership positions across Four Seasons Resorts worldwide, including Las Vegas, Hualalai, Vail, Las Colinas and Berlin.

Born to an Italian father and German mother, food and hospitality was a part of Palladino's life from a young age. Growing up in Germany, she frequented her parent's Italian restaurant where she learned the importance of being hospitable and celebrating the occasion of life, togetherness, and memories. Family road trips through Europe sparked an early affinity for travel, love of art, different cultures and exploration. After meaningful exposure working in her parent's restaurant, Palladino enrolled in Hotel School in Villingen-Schwenningen, Germany. Afterwards, she honed her skills in a myriad of positions, from server to manager, in hotels and Michelin star awarded restaurants throughout Germany and eventually established and ran a catering company for an independent business owner. From there, she finally landed in the luxury hotel business while in Berlin and later held positions in Dallas and Vail. A veteran hospitality executive with an impressive resume at luxury resorts, Palladino has the quality focus and developmental success to lead the team to further greatness at Auberge Resorts Collection's acclaimed Santa Fe resort.

In her free time, Palladino enjoys yoga, snow-shoeing, hiking, kayaking, gardening, cooking and baking and spending time with her husband and daughter. She's inspired by the arts and enjoys ballet and opera and strives to immerse herself in community causes to give back, support and be part of the greater locale.
