Zeynep Oden Agagil has joined Al Areen Palace & Spa by Accor as director of sales and marketing. She will help oversee the transformation to Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain.
Agagil has 20 years of luxury hospitality experience and sales expertise after starting her career with The Ritz-Carlton, Istanbul as a part of the pre-opening team in 2001.
She held several sales positions there before joining Raffles in 2013 as pre-opening director of sales at Raffles Istanbul. As part of the Executive Committee, she established the Raffles brand the city.
Other roles include director of sales and marketing in an Ottoman Imperial Palace on the Bosphorus, Ciragan Palace Kempinski and at Raffles Dubai, also working on the opening of Sofitel Dubai The Obelisk.
