Chris Neiderschulte

Chris Neiderschulte has led an impressive career as a general manager and operations leader in his 25+ years working in the hospitality industry.

Now serving as the General Manager at C. Baldwin Hotel, Chris plays a major role in driving sales, overall guest satisfaction, and managing all day-to-day hotel operations.

On a mission to establish C. Baldwin as a reputable retreat in the city, he is focused on creating a luxurious and accessible experience that positions the hotel as a home away from home. With an extensive background in the spa and resort sectors, Chris encompasses an acute understanding of top-notch service and guest satisfaction.

Prior to his current role at C. Baldwin, Chris worked as general manager at Ojo Santa Fe Spa Resort in New Mexico where he launched the opening of the resort as a new concept amidst the Covid-19 pandemic. During his time there, he led revenue initiatives for the resort, spa, pools, and restaurant and initiated all capital improvement for the entire property.

Prior to joining the C. Baldwin team, Chris was a general manager at two renowned Texas hotels; the Westin Houston Medical Center, where he oversaw its opening, and the JW Marriott Houston Downtown where he led the hotel to receive the "Classic Luxury Hotel of the Year" for 2017-2019 for all Marriott Hotels, and where he assisted in reopening of the Spa by JW.

Chris previously held esteemed positions as Director of Guest Services and Director of Housekeeping at Hotel Galvez in Galveston, and before that oversaw luxury spa operations as Spa Director for Hotel Zaza and Lake Austin Spa Resort in Austin.

Influenced by a passion for excellence and being a team player alongside his staff, Chris aspires to grow C. Baldwin into a Houston go-to for an approachable luxury lifestyle with exceptional personalized services for every guest.
