Colby Mitchell

Holston House appointed Colby Mitchell as the Director of Food & Beverage. In this role, Mitchell leads the culinary teams at the boutique hotel's signature restaurant TENN, historically-inspired cocktail bar Bar TENN and rooftop bar TENN on Top to create memorable and innovative culinary experiences for the hotel's guests and Nashville locals. With over 13 years of culinary experience, Mitchell brings an international perspective to his position at Holston House. Before joining the team, Mitchell worked around the world with international brands, including Mandarin Oriental, Shangri-La and Marriott in properties in Dubai, the Philippines and China. He received his Bachelor of Science in International Hotel and Tourism Management from Johnson & Wales University.

In his position, Mitchell will also play a vital role in opening Holston House's highly anticipated rooftop boozy tea service, set to launch in late 2021.
