Joined Davidson Hospitality Group as VP, Sales and Revenue Management

Patrick Broderick

Davidson Hospitality Group announces the appointment of Patrick Broderick as Vice President, Sales and Revenue Management for the leading hospitality management company's Resorts division. Broderick brings more than 33 years of hotel sales and revenue management experience to the Resorts team and its portfolio of 12 highly activated, large-scale properties in the upper-upscale to luxury categories.

In his new role, Broderick will be tasked with leading all aspects of sales and revenue generation for the Davidson Resorts operating vertical within Davidson Hospitality Group. He will also take an active approach to ensure leadership aligns for success in motivating and inspiring team members to optimal performance, participate in brand advisory groups, and continually fostering relationships with brand executives.

Broderick joins Davidson from Marriott International where he climbed the ranks from property-level management positions at hotels throughout New England before transitioning into sales leadership roles for markets in the Northeast. Staying with the company, his career then took him to Florida where he most recently served as Vice President of Sales for the region, overseeing top-line sales for 60-plus Marriott hotels across 12 brands, including 18 resorts and luxury hotels. This represented more than $2 billion in revenues. During his tenure, his portfolio of Florida hotels consistently achieved superior results and earned recognition as a best-in-class place to work, while exceeding owner and associate satisfaction.

Broderick studied hotel, catering and institutional management at Cardiff University in Wales where he earned his Bachelor of Science Honors degree.

Thom Geshay - Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & President

5 October 2021 — Davidson Hospitality Group announces the promotion of Thom Geshay to Chief Executive Officer & President, effective January 1, 2022. Only the fifth CEO & President in the esteemed hospitality management company's nearly 50-year history, Geshay succeeds John Belden, Davidson's longest-serving CEO, who will remain actively engaged as Executive Chairman, as well as a member of Davidson's Board of Directors.
