Joris Quintelier

Four Seasons Hotel Doha announces the appointment of Joris Quintelier as Director of Food & Beverage. A true Four Seasons success story, Quintelier has spent more than a decade working in various positions in food and beverage and now takes the helm of the division at Four Seasons Hotel Doha at an exciting time with its debut of new restaurants, including a new iconic concept by Jean-Georges, and as the Hotel gears up to welcome guests from around the globe for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.

Born and raised in Belgium, Quintelier discovered his love of hospitality from his childhood.

Quintelier has long been a part of the Four Seasons family around the world. He has served in different capacities at different properties, starting with his first job as an intern at Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris to managing the in-room dining department. Later, he was appointed as a Restaurant Manager at Four Seasons Resort Seychelles, where he worked on transforming its main dining area from a Mediterranean restaurant and bar to a pan-Asian concept. He then moved to the US, where he worked on multiple projects in different properties, including Four Seasons Hotel New York Downtown, followed by Four Seasons Resort Maui and The Ocean Club, A Four Seasons Resort in the Bahamas and most recently, participating in the pre-opening phase of Four Seasons Hotel Philadelphia.

Quintelier's commitment to the art of hospitality has been at the heart of many Four Seasons properties across the world. His vast and diverse experience, along with his academic knowledge of the industry, will be a remarkable contribution to the unique style of Four Seasons Hotel Doha.
