Andrew James McKee

Andrew James McKee has joined Raffles the Palm Dubai as director of culinary operations. He will oversee all F&B operations across the resort.

A hospitality veteran with over 28 years of experience, McKee has led teams across luxury hotels and restaurants in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Japan, and Australia.

Prior to his current role, he served as director of culinary operations at Wynn Resorts, Macau. Under his leadership, the property's outlets were recognised with international dining awards.

As director of culinary operations at Raffles the Palm Dubai, McKee is the creative and driving force behind new concept development at the property with a keen insight into current and future markets. He is instrumental in delivering the best culinary moments to guests and establishing Raffles the Palm Dubai as a leading luxury resort and F&B destination in the UAE.
