Anneliesse Cooper has been promoted Chief Human Resources Officer at Atrium Hospitality
In her elevated role, Anneliesse will focus on Atrium Hospitality's core values and company culture as she partners with our leadership team to drive talent strategies that support the successful execution of our organizational objectives. With more than 25 years of hospitality experience, Anneliesse joined the company in April 2022 as Senior Vice President, Human Resources. She encourages listening to Atrium's Associates and creating a better place to work and grow through innovative partnerships and technologies, like our implementation this year of a critical financial wellness benefit by partnering with DailyPay for earned wage access. Prior to Atrium, Anneliesse served as Vice President of Human Resources at Marriott International, supporting the company's Caribbean & Latin America Region. During her eight years with Marriott, she also served as Area Director of Human Resources for the Eastern region. In addition, her impressive career includes nearly 13 years with White Lodging Services, where she led talent acquisition for six years, transitioned to Area Director for 10 unique business units, and finally served as Corporate Director of Human Resources. Anneliesse holds a Bachelor of Arts from Cornell University in Anthropology and Women's Studies. She also studied Hospitality Management and Business Administration at the University of Houston.
