Projjwal brings with him a rich experience of over 12 years in the hospitality industry. In his new role, he will be responsible for leading strategic sales, marketing and business operations and overlook all aspects of the sales and marketing department.

A Hospitality management graduated is armed with an MBA in Marketing & Ecommerce along with an executive program in strategic management from IIM Kashipur. An experienced and result-oriented sales and marketing professional with a demonstrated history of over a decade excelling in the hospitality sector. Prior to this Projjwal has worked with reputed hotel chains like Hilton Hotels and few more brands of IHG hotels across India. He has also played an integral role in establishing and strengthening the sales and marketing for many pre-openings properties.

Thus, the Sales and Marketing team at the Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar will be led by Projjwal as he journeys on his Director of Sales & Marketing duties surmounting to delivering promising results while achieving annual targets, building relationships, and understanding customer trends.

On a personal front, Projjwal comes from the soulful embodiment of cultural city of joy - Kolkata. He loves travelling and like to explore new places with his family. He likes to listen music and love reading books. He also likes to practice Yoga & Mediation.

His key expertise lies in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, providing 100 percent guest and employee satisfaction, achieving revenue goals, and monitoring the financial performance of the department. Training has always been one of her strong suits which has contributed to being able to upskill the team for better performance and growth.

At the Crowne Plaza Chennai Adyar gate, Projjwal will work towards the reinforcement of the brand and its core ethos. He will also strive to create new and sustainable business streams for the hotel and drive the hotels revenue performance and brand positioning in a highly competitive landscape.
