Fairmont Hotels and Resorts has appointed Stefanie Trombetta as cluster director of revenue for Fairmont Dubai, Ajman, and Fujairah. In her role, Trombetta will lead revenue optimisation initiatives, drawing on her extensive industry expertise to guide department heads towards maximising revenue opportunities.
With over eighteen years of experience in the hospitality sector, Trombetta previously served as the cluster director of revenue optimisation at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers, Novotel Abu Dhabi Gate, and Ibis Abu Dhabi Gate under Accor, as well as Radisson Blu Dubai Media City and Park Inn by Radisson Dubai Motor City.
Trombetta's comprehensive understanding of revenue optimisation strategies and her keen awareness of industry trends will be crucial in driving the revenue strategy across all three properties, Fairmont says.
As the multi-property director of revenue, Trombetta will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize revenue across the designated properties. This includes overseeing pricing, forecasting, and demand management to enhance room revenue and occupancy rates.
Additionally, Trombetta will utilise market analysis and benchmarking techniques to identify emerging trends and opportunities. Her close collaboration with sales and marketing teams aims to provide valuable revenue insights, supporting initiatives that not only boost sales but also enhance the overall guest experience.
