With over 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality, including senior roles at Fairmont Riyadh and The Ritz-Carlton, Riyadh, Shaban is expected to drive the hotel's strategic growth by increasing revenue, expanding market presence, and enhancing brand visibility. His most recent position was commercial director at Almutlaq Real Estate Investment Co (AREIC). Shaban holds a bachelor's degree in hotel management, an MBA, and professional certifications, and is known for his leadership in team development and mentorship.
