Monica Eisen

After an illustrious career spanning nearly two decades with Four Seasons, Monica Eisen was appointed General Manager of Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Eisen's journey with Four Seasons began in 2006 when she interned at Four Seasons Hotel Ritz Lisbon. Her career trajectory includes significant roles across various esteemed properties, such as Four Seasons Hotel George V, Paris, and the former Four Seasons Hotel London at Canary Wharf.

Eisen's extensive experience in Food and Beverage, Guest Relations, Sales and Marketing, and the Rooms Division has honed her understanding of hotel operations, making her a fitting leader for the Four Seasons Hotel Prague team.

Born in Madrid, Eisen developed a passion for travel and hospitality at a young age, which steered her towards a career in the hospitality industry. She holds a Diploma in Swiss Hotel Management from Les Roches Marbella International School of Hotel Management and a Master's Certificate in Hospitality Management from Cornell University. Her multilingual abilities and fluency in Spanish, English, French, Portuguese, and basic Italian, coupled with her cultural sensitivity, have proved valuable assets throughout her career.

Excited about her new role in Prague, Eisen moved with her family from Madrid to take up this position. She is eager to work in the city's rich cultural and historical backdrop and is looking forward to helping the hotel enhance its reputation.

Eisen's approach as the General Manager will be centered around connecting with guests. Due to the hotel's integral role in the city's history, she believes in fostering strong ties with the local community. Eisen emphasizes that luxury is derived from the emotional connections established with people and how they are treated.
