Jeff Catubig

The Viv Hotel, a family-friendly, luxury hotel located near the Disneyland® Resort, is pleased to welcome Jeff Catubig as Director of Food & Beverage for the property and its dining outlets. In this role, Catubig will oversee Top of The V rooftop restaurant and Valencia's at the Viv restaurant as well as the property's catering and banquets operations.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Catubig has built a distinguished career, including key roles with Hyatt Hotels & Resorts and Marriott Hotels & Resorts. Throughout his professional journey, he has successfully revitalized numerous restaurants and dining outlets, introducing innovative culinary experiences to each. Committed to community, Catubig cites the reopening of the Hyatt Regency New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina and the opening of the Pasea Hotel & Spa in Huntington Beach as two significant achievements in his career.
