Eric B. Hansen

Eric’s expertise is in performing appraisals, market feasibility studies, property condition assessments, and impact studies for hotels, resorts, waterparks, sports venues, golf courses, conference centers, and other hospitality properties. Eric offers more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and has been the responsible architect on more than 65 hotels and conference centers of various brands, including full-service, extended stay, select-service and economy chain scales. In 2002, Eric was invited to membership in the International Society of Hospitality Consultants as one of only eight architects at the time in the membership. He brings expertise in performing site planning and concept development, feasibility analysis, appraisals, and PIP analysis. Eric received his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Cincinnati in 1989 and a certification in hotel financial management from the Cornell University School of Hotel Administration, Professional Development Program in 2007. He holds Certified Real Estate Appraiser licenses in Ohio, Michigan, and New York and is an MAI designated member of the Appraisal Institute. Mr. Hansen was formerly employed by Cole + Russell Architects, Inc., as the Director of the C+RA Hospitality Studio.
