Lana K. Yoshii

Ms. Lana K. Yoshii is Vice President, New Product Development for Smith Travel Research (STR)She is responsible for developing new products to supplement STR’s current offerings. Her current projects include a customer satisfaction platform and a forward booking product. Ms. Yoshii has 21 years of global lodging industry experience. She has a broad background which includes internal audit, finance and accounting, market analysis, performance metrics, competitive intelligence, custom and syndicated research, and customer satisfaction metrics. Prior to joining STR, Ms. Yoshii was Senior Director of (Worldwide) Research for Hilton Hotels Corporation. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Christian Brothers University.
