Director of Organizational Development and Training at LRA. Constance brings to LRA and its clients a wealth of experience and expertise in all facets of organizational development and change management, including training, instructional design, classroom delivery, development of performance improvement initiatives and instructional technology.

At LRA, Constance leads LRA’s stand-alone training services; in addition, she serves as the primary organizational development resource on all CEM project teams, heading the implementation efforts for these client initiatives.
