Fish, Ph.D.

Dave Fish is responsible for developing and deploying client driven products and services for Maritz Research and managing a team of sector specific and functional subject matter experts. These include standard product offerings in customer experience trackers, a standardized reporting interface, data integration, and linkage approaches.

Prior to working at Maritz, he was Director of Proprietary Research for J.D. Power and Associates, having operational responsibilities for tracking and custom research work. Before that Fish served as Strategic Research Manager in Toyota Motor Sales Strategic Planning group and as a Customer Knowledge Manager for the Center of Customer Knowledge in Toyota’s Customer Services Division. Prior to my tenure at Toyota, he was employed by American Savings Bank’s Management in their Organizational Development Department as an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant where he concentrated on selection testing, employee surveys, and various ad hoc O.D. activities. Previously, Fish served as a part-time Adjunct Professor of Marketing at California State University, Dominguez Hills.
