Jeremy Griffiths

Director of Marketing Sciences, Europe at Maritz Research. Jeremy has been with Maritz Research since 1998 and leads the Marketing Sciences Team for Europe. He is involved in projects across all sectors and methodologies and brings this broad expertise to provide analytical and statistical consultancy for all our research projects.
Jeremy is a regular presenter for Maritz in webinars and seminars, speaking on a wide range of topics. He has been instrumental in shaping how Maritz better engages customers in customer experience research. In particular he is focussed on providing customers with more open end opportunities to tell their own experience stories and using automated text analysis to bring this data to life.
Most recently Jeremy has taken up a role to bring together insights from traditional customer experience research along side that which can be drawn from social media, blogs, forums and the like.
