Professor of Marketing at Switzerland’s Ecole hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL). The EHL is accredited as an Institution of Higher Education by the New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC, USA). At the national level, it is recognised by the Swiss Confederation as providing university-level education in the HES (Haute Ecole Spécialisée) category. Since it was founded in 1893, EHL has educated more than 25,000 hospitality industry executives.
