Glenn Withiam

Glenn Withiam is executive editor of the Cornell Hospitality Quarterly and director of publications for the Center for Hospitality Research and the Center for Real Estate and Finance at the Cornell School of Hotel Administration. He is a regular contributor to industry publications and has edited several books, on such topics as hotel management contracts, internal control, and service quality.
