Jean-Guillaume is a contributor to Bridge.over publications. His expertise lies primarly within the F&B sector in the fields of corporate development, new venture launch, strategic planning and branding. He is the author of the Associazione Altagamma Food & Beverage Luxury Insight 2012. Previous consultancy experience involved a French food retailer, a Russian restaurant group and a large Italian wine group. Jean-Guillaume holds a master’s in Food & Beverage Management from SDA Bocconi in Milan and a bachelor's degree in finance and strategy from HEC Montréal.
