Greg Mendell

Greg Mendell, a member of the HVS Los Angeles office, executes hotel valuations and feasibility studies in markets throughout California and Arizona, including being one of the firm's experts on the Hollywood market. HVS leaders now live in and work from more than 30 markets throughout the North American region, including San Diego, LA, San Francisco, Portland, Seattle, Vancouver, Las Vegas, and Phoenix in the west. Greg gained hands-on experience as Business Travel Sales Manager at the W Hollywood Hotel in Los Angeles, where he managed corporate and travel groups and accounts. He was also responsible for managing the hotel’s transient business and ADR prospecting for new accounts. Greg graduated from the University of Miami with a degree in Business Administration.
