Vice President of Research at GBTA
Jeanne Liu is Vice President, Research for GBTA, the world’s premier business travel and meetings organization. Prior to joining GBTA, Jeanne was the Director of Consumer Research at Brand USA, the public-private partnership responsible for launching the United States’ first-ever nationally coordinated tourism marketing effort. Before that, she was a Senior Manager at Marriott International where she conducted qualitative and quantitative research for all of Marriott’s digital presence. Jeanne has a Masters degree in Human Factors from George Mason University and Bachelor of Science in Asian Studies and Biology from the University of Virginia. She speaks Mandarin Chinese.
