Wayne Bunz

Wayne Bunz is National Director of the CBRE Hotels investment transaction and brokerage team. Wayne’s core focus is the 4 and 5 star hotel market. Wayne boasts in excess of 30 years of experience in the hospitality industry having training with the world renowned Hyatt Hotels group. He joined Jones Lang LaSalle Hotels in 2002 as a Senior Vice President and throughout his 9 years sold in excess of $1.5 billion worth of hospitality assets. After several years of leading the Queensland brokerage division for JLLH, Wayne joined CBRE Hotels in 2011 to lead the brokerage division.
