Tejal N. Patel

Tejal Patel, an associate with HVS Houston, conducts appraisals and feasibility studies for limited-service and full-service hotels throughout Texas. Tejal developed her passion for the hospitality industry while assisting her parents with the day-to-day operations of their family-owned hotel. She attended the Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management and is an active member of industry organizations, such as the Asian American Hotel Owners Association and the Small Independent Motel Association.
