Mattia Cavenati is a consulting & valuation analyst with the HVS London office. Before joining HVS, Mattia gained valuable operational experience in Hong Kong, Barcelona and London. With a multinational upbringing, he went on to achieve a BBA (Hons) in Hospitality Business with a specialisation in Real Estate and Finance from Glion Institute of Higher Education. Recent projects undertaken at HVS include hotel economic feasibility studies, valuations of single assets and portfolios, and market studies throughout Europe.
