He is responsible for codifying the industry's top delivery challenges and evangelizing experience strategies to drive loyalty and retention through a deep understanding of guest expectations and behaviors. He and his teams partner with distributed operations and analytics professionals to bring differentiated customer experience vision to life across multiple industry functions. Prior to joining Medallia, Justin held roles in Corporate Social Responsibility at The Walt Disney Company.
