Shaun Dubash

Shaun is currently Vice President at JLL’s Hotels & Hospitality Group, based in Dubai and covering markets in the Middle East and North Africa. He provides hotel investment advice to a range of clients including institutions, government entities, family offices and developers. His remit includes advising on disposals and acquisitions for the hotel sector. Shaun also leads the hotel operator and tenant search business, advising owners on the appointment of hotel operators, followed by negotiating the deals. Shaun has amassed a reputable track record in hotel transactions and high-profile operator placements and has gained sound investment fundamentals conducting numerous feasibility studies, valuations, research and strategic advisory assignments. Shaun has previous experience in hotel business strategy, revenue management and operations with established hotel chains.
