Noelle Homsy

Noelle looks after hospitality and tourism clients and assignments across all Grant Thornton’s service lines.

Noelle has 11 years of experience across multiple industries, functions and geographies. Prior to GT, she worked with Shaza Hotels, a hotel operator based out of Dubai. During her tenure with Shaza, Noelle highly contributed to the growth of the company in the Middle East, North Africa, and South-East Asia, particularly in the experiential lodging segment.

Prior to hospitality, Noelle worked in the paralegal space and handled claims, alternative dispute resolution, risk management and arbitration cases for real estate and construction projects in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and Lebanon. She started her career in architectural design and project management, where she managed construction sites with 400+ workers.

An architect by profession, Noelle holds an MBA from INSEAD, a certificate in Negotiation and Dispute Resolution from Harvard University, and a Masters in Engineering Management from the American University of Beirut. Noelle is also part of the steering committee of the INSEAD Alumni Association in the UAE.
