Robert Mellwig

With over 25 years of experience working in the Hospitality industry, Robert has held key Human Resources leadership roles with several leading Hospitality companies, including Two Roads Hospitality (formerly Destination Hotels & Resorts), Hilton and Starwood. Robert most recently served as Chief Culture Officer for sbe, where he had global responsibility for the HR function across all business lines including the hotel group, Disruptive restaurant group, Dakota development and the newly created C3 F&B platforms. Robert has extensive experience in creating and leading HR teams, developing company cultures and helping individuals and teams discover and leverage their strengths. While not at work, Robert enjoys spending time with his family and two dogs. Robert loves doing magic tricks and is also known for throwing elaborate Halloween parties.
