Kelson Reimer

Kelson Reimer is an Associate in the HVS Brokerage & Advisory Division. He has built private client relationships with owners in Colorado, Arizona, New Mexico, and Utah, and has evaluated hundreds of hotel assets within the region. He also has many years of hotel operations and development experience working in a family-owned business (Main Street Management) that has constructed and operated Hilton- and Marriott-affiliated hotels. There, his experience ranged from front desk and laundry positions to maintenance and project development for a new-build Hilton hotel. Prior to joining HVS, Kelson focused on executional transactions throughout the Southwest and Mountain regions at Marcus & Millichap. Kelson earned his Bachelor of Science/Business Administration degree in Finance & Real Estate at the University of Denver, Daniels College of Business.
