With 17-years in the luxury resort environment and almost 20-years in the spa industry Robert has a depth of experience in all phases of spa business. This experience includes planning, pre-opening, renovation and ongoing facility management and has honed his experience working with and for some of the most respected brands in the industry including Golden Door, Mii amo, Accor, Four Seasons and Sensei. Robert received a B.A. from Pepperdine University and holds certifications in retail management, risk management and wellness co aching. An established and respected presence in the Spa and Wellness industry, Robert has served on the Board of Directors for the International Spa Association (ISPA) and other leadership and executive positions in regional and national associations and organizations.
