Will is a seasoned hotel professional whose career spans more than two decades both domestically and internationally with major hotel brands including: Ritz-Carlton, Marriott, Hilton, The St. Regis, Hampton, Conrad, and numerous independent properties. His experience consists of hotel operations, sales, hotel development, asset management and revenue strategy. He has co-authored several academic papers on hospitality and tourism in both the US and Africa, and was featured in in Joseph Michelli’s book, The New Gold Standard: 5 Leadership Principles for Creating a Legendary Customer Experience Courtesy of the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company (published by McGraw-Hill). He holds a BA from Stetson University, an MBA from Georgia College and a Master of Human Resources from Rollins College.
