Hank FondeMr. Fonde is Senior Director and Co-Leader of the National Practice Asset Management and Investment Services for CBRE Hotels Advisory. Previously, he was Director of Asset Management and Investment Services at PKF Consulting. PKF was acquired by CBRE in 2014. Before joining PKF, Mr. Fonde was President of Baymeadows Management Corp., an owner, operator, and developer of Hilton and Marriott franchised hotels. He also served as Senior Vice President and Director of Development for Landcom Hospitality Management, Inc., and was involved in projects with most major franchised brands and selected independent properties. Mr. Fonde has participated in more than 60 projects as developer, owner, and operator. He has testified in hospitality matters and served as court-appointed receiver for hotel assets throughout Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama, Louisiana and Arkansas. As receiver, consultant, or asset management, he has represented John Hancock Insurance, Google, New York Life, Lincoln National, US Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, IberiaBank, EverBank, First Southern Bank, AmSouth Bank, Household Bank, Chase, Bank of the West, Zions Bank, BancFlorida, The First F.A., Railroad Savings, RTC, FDIC, Fortune Bank, and others. Mr. Fonde has also provided extensive advisory services to educational institutions including Clemson University and the University of Florida. He has served as Chief Restructuring Officer and Consultant to U.S. Bankruptcy Court and testified as Expert Witness.
