Mariana Palmeiro Mariana Palmeiro holds a Master Degree in Hospitality Management from Cornell University and a Bachelor in Economics. Originally from Portugal, after her Cornell degree Ms. Palmeiro spent 10 years in Asia working on numerous projects of spa and wellness, mainly as a Project Manager for new spa and wellness center openings; as well as a hospitality consultant where she opened and managed hotel spa operations. She spent two years at the Glion Institute of Higher Education in Switzerland driving the development content and courses focused on spa and wellness management - taking a special interest in online learning and executive education to help the further development of hoteliers in the world of wellness. Currently Mariana leads the consultancy and advisory company Well Culture where she works in the development of medical and wellness experiences in medical hotel and resort concepts. Ms. Palmeiro is also the co-founder of Field, a brain-driven wellness company developing the most advanced brain mapping and brain enhancement technology to helps clients life to have more balanced life. She is also a visiting lecturer at both Glion Institute of Higher Education and Les Roches, where she enjoys supporting students on their path to becoming strong hospitality leaders.
