Ricky Raman

Ricky Raman is currently the Chief Operating Officer for PeachState Hospitality, a lodging development and management group based in Georgia. He is responsible for overall operations for both the management and development division of the company. Most recently, Ricky served as Vice President of Growth Management for PeachState Hospitality where he was responsible for creating and executing change management strategies to ensure their growth is aligned with the company’s vision, mission, and culture. Prior to joining PeachState Hospitality, Ricky was with Marriott International for 5 and a half years in the Americas division, on the Owner & Franchise Services team focusing on Marriott Select and Longer Stay Brands. Ricky holds Bachelor of Science degrees in Business Administration and Finance from Mercer University and an MBA from The Terry College of Business of the University of Georgia with a focus on Real Estate Investment.
