Joanna Kurowska

Joanna’s promotion follows a 10-year career at IHG Hotels & Resorts, which started at InterContinental Warsaw as Director of Finance & Business Support, before moving on to a number of finance and operational roles across Europe, most recently settling in Frankfurt as Director of Operations for Northern Europe. Joanna also sits on IHG’s Europe Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Board. The Council is made up of colleagues from across the region who are passionate about shaping priorities and pushing for progress in line with IHG’s passion and commitment to DE&I, which sits at the heart of its purpose to provide True Hospitality for Good to guests, hotels, owners, colleagues and communities
